Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:
 
1.    To be eligible, a photograph must have been taken within the Kootenay Boundary and should contain winter themes.

2.    The photograph submitted must be the original work of the person submitting it.

3.    Photographs will be re rendered to meet size requirements.

4.   Winners agree that without further payment, their winning photograph entry may be used in print or electronic form to promote future photo contests by Red Resort. It is the responsibility of the contestant to ensure that use of the photographs by Red Resort raises no legal claims. The photographer must own all rights to any photographs entered in this contest.
4a. Rights of photo remain that of the entrants of the photo contest.

5.    The Gathering Photo Contest is open to anyone, except employees of Red Resort, prize-sponsoring companies and their immediate families.

By submitting the online entry form, the photographer consents to the entry of his or her submission and agrees to abide by the contest rules.
