Red Resort is celebrating the winter culture and our love of skiing by hosting an incredible  weekend called the Gathering. The weekend includes slideshows from Powder magazine so leading up to this event we invite anyone to submit their best winter image of the Kootenays  to the photo contest. The winners will be picked by the celebrity photographers and great prizes will be awarded!

How does it work?

1) Create an account.  If you already have an account, log in, and skip to 2

2) Click here to view terms of contest and upload your photo (1 per person) by March 21th, 2010

3) On March 22st the website will be open for voting – the public will narrow down the choice to Top 10.

4) On April 3rd the professional photographers at the Gathering event will then pick the top 3 photos to be announced at the In the Crosshairs event
Winners will have the opportunity to see their photos on the big screen and meet with the celebrity judges  to discuss their work. An incredible opportunity for any aspiring photographer!
