Gathering Update

The Gathering got into full swing Friday as the crew rendezvoused in Rafters Pub for a morning reveille. Powder Mag boys Dave and Derek had rolled in overnight, along with Mike Powers from Spokane. John Falkiner, Mark Shapiro, Paolo Tasi and his Cortina team were still jetlagging but ready to jump on the Silverlode chair.

Opening Day is Friday, December 7th

Red Mountain are opening all of their chairlifts, including the brand new Silverlode
Quad chair on Friday, December 7th, snow conditions permitting. Come
out to celebrate the opening of a new season at Red. Red has already
received snow and expects to have an excellent base for opening, thanks
to the return of La Niña.

Snow on the top of Paradise

Earlier this week, there was about 10cm of snow on the top of the Paradise Chair station - snow levels dropped down to about 1300 meters overnight and we received 10cm of snow. Winter is coming!
